Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please check our return and exchange page with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping Charges

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The return shipping charge will be up to 100 Rupees, depending on your location. The exact return shipping charge will be communicated to you once we receive your return or exchange request.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, we will send you the replacement item once we have received and inspected the original item.

Order Cancellation

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
